Susanne is a postdoctoral researcher at CHANGE Leiden where she works on the BrightWave project. Her research focuses on the role of peers in the development of prosocial behavior, risk-taking behavior and brain functions in typically developing and gifted students during childhood and early adolescence. In addition, she tries to understand how pubertal development and pubertal hormones may influence this development.
